Leading lights from the Liverpool City Region’s property and business sectors celebrated a year of success on 30 November 2023 as the prestigious YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards returned.
Achievements were recognised during a lavish ceremony hosted by Liverpool-born star of stage and screen Claire Sweeney at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre.
The accolades were presented across 20 categories ranging from Property Developer of the Year and Business Leader of the Year to Property Agency of the Year and LCR Business of the Year.
The black-tie event, supported by headline sponsor Knowsley Surfacing and category sponsors Everton Stadium, Together and The Momentum Group, featured a charity raffle in aid of Football For Change alongside the main presentation.
More than 300 guests enjoyed a pre-dinner drinks reception before a luxury three-course meal followed by a live DJ set.
Lawrence Saunders, editor of YM Liverpool, says: “I was delighted so many leading figures from our region’s property and business communities were able to join us once again to reflect on another 12 months of remarkable achievements.
“These awards exist to celebrate the people and businesses who demonstrate excellence, leadership and a commitment to making the Liverpool City Region a thriving place to live, work and invest in.
“It was also an absolute pleasure to have Claire Sweeney returning this year as host. Claire made sure everyone in attendance had a fantastic evening and paid a beautiful tribute to her former Brookside co-star Dean Sullivan, who very sadly passed away on Wednesday.
“Finally, on behalf of YM Liverpool, I’d like to extend sincere thanks to headline sponsor Knowsley Surfacing and to category sponsors Everton Stadium, Together and The Momentum Group.”
