High demand for Calderstones Grove homes

South Liverpool Homes’ (SLH) first shared ownership scheme has proven to be a hit with homebuyers, as all but one apartment has been snapped up within weeks of completion.

Sixteen two-bedroom luxury homes have been built at Allerton’s Calderstones Grove development, on the corner of Booker Avenue and Greenhills Road, and with a single property remaining available the popularity of the site is said to have exceeded expectations before any marketing has been carried out.

Tom Constantinou, Think South Liverpool’s lettings executive team leader, says: “We always knew these apartments would be popular, especially given their location, but the interest we have received has been way beyond our expectations. Demand has been high right from the outset which means we haven’t had to carry our any elaborate marketing or sales promotions. With just one apartment left the development has been a huge success for us.”

The properties, which are priced from £125,000 with shares from 25% to 75 % available, boast features including a balcony or Juliet balcony with patio doors.

They also come with fitted kitchen appliances, two car parking spaces, secure gate entry, double glazing and central heating, and have the restaurants and amenities of Alletron Road and Rose Lane in close proximity.
