Child-friendly café planned for Rose Lane

A new child-friendly café could be heading to Mossley Hill.

Plans have been submitted by Wigwam Coffee Shop to convert the former Lane Electrical Wholesale building into a family pit-stop.

Located on the corner of Rose Lane and Pitville Avenue, the café plans to serve hot and cold food and beverages, with options to eat in or takeaway.

Food and drink will not be the only thing on offer as plans propose that ‘a treatment room will be used for holistic therapies’ as well as a ‘bookable room that will be used for creative activities and meetings’.

Rose Lane has seen a significant growth in food and drink offerings over recent years and its affluent location is popular amongst families.

If approved the café looks set to create an exciting family-friendly eatery near both Calderstones and Sefton Park.
