Entries for the YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards 2024 are now officially open.
Leading lights from the Liverpool City Region’s property and business sectors will gather at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on 28 November 2024 to once again reflect on another 12 months of achievements.
Accolades will be handed out across a diverse range of categories including Property Developer of the Year, Best Affordable Housing Scheme, Residential Property Agency of the Year, Business Leader of the Year and LCR Business of the Year.
Last year’s awards saw people, projects and businesses from across the Liverpool City Region recognised during a glittering ceremony hosted by Liverpool-born star of stage and screen Claire Sweeney (pictured).
The black-tie event, supported by headline sponsor Knowsley Surfacing and category sponsors Everton Stadium, Together and The Momentum Group, featured a charity raffle in aid of Football For Change alongside the main presentation.
More than 300 guests enjoyed a pre-dinner drinks reception before a luxury three-course meal followed by a live DJ set.
