A Liverpool-based air conditioning and ventilation firm has reported a surge in demand from Merseyside homes as a result of the recent warm weather.
Everkool typically serves the hospitality and leisure industry but in recent months has experienced an uptake in requests for its services from residential clients – particularly from those who own new-build homes.
The company is one of the North West’s leading providers of HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), with notable clients including Knowsley Council, Merseyrail and Iliad.
Craig Greenwood, Everkool CEO, says: “The recent growth in our domestic customer base is one that has been extremely welcome by myself and all of our team. The warm weather has made people consider changes to the infrastructure in their homes in order to provide them with more comfort during the summer months.
“We feel air conditioning is going to become a staple part of people’s homes in the UK as we adjust to living in a warmer climate.
“People are also starting to recognise that there are numerous benefits to installing HVAC in domestic environments that go beyond cooling the temperature, such as helping to clean the air and remove dust from the atmosphere.”
