Glenbrook has successfully completed the sale of One Temple Square to a private investor for an undisclosed fee.
The impressive Grade II-listed Victorian building was originally constructed in 1864-65 and designed by Sir James Picton, a renowned English antiquary and architect known for his contributions to Liverpool’s public life, particularly in establishing public libraries.
Situated on Dale Street, the building comprises 18,761 sq ft and features a restaurant and dentist on the lower ground floor, with office accommodation on the upper levels.
Solomon Halpern, at Glenbrook Investments, says: “One Temple Square is a well-located, mixed-use asset with a strong occupier appeal.
“As a Grade II-listed building, it combines historic character with contemporary office accommodation, making it an attractive proposition for local businesses.”
Glenbrook Investments was advised by Cushman & Wakefield and Brabners. The buyer was advised by CBRE and Hill Dickinson.
