Liverpool-based property firm Legacie has announced the completion of Millers Place and One Park Lane, two major residential developments in the city’s Baltic Triangle.

Millers Place, the first tower completed in the wider Heap’s Mill regeneration project, centres around the restoration of the Grade-II listed Heap’s Rice Mill, one of Liverpool’s oldest dockside buildings.

The development delivers a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, along with a concierge, and cycle store. Externally, the building incorporates Flemish bond brick detailing and aluminium cladding to complement the surrounding heritage architecture.

Once complete, the original mill will become the centrepiece of the development, blending Liverpool’s industrial past with contemporary urban living. It will feature apartments, a luxury spa, rooftop terraces, a bar/café and museum, a fully equipped gym, as well as commercial units. Meanwhile, a newly created public walkway will connect the development to Liverpool’s world famous waterfront.

Located on a prominent corner site nearby, One Park Lane is a striking development with a curved glass elevation. The scheme comprises a mix of generously sized studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Residents can enjoy uninterrupted views of the waterfront, along with amenities such as a gym, 24/7 concierge and a cycle store.
