North West integrated property services company The Momentum Group has announced the acquisition of Liverpool-based residential block management specialist Central Property Management Liverpool (CPM).

Founded in 2011 by Lisa and Sean Duffy, CPM provides residential block management services across Liverpool. The company manages a varied portfolio of mixed-use and residential buildings, including West Tower and a number of other prominent developments across the city.

The acquisition will see CPM continue to trade under its established brand as part of The Momentum Group, with no immediate changes to the day-to-day service received by existing clients. The current CPM team will remain in place, ensuring continuity of service and maintaining its relationships with leaseholders, residents and property owners.

The purchase expands Momentum Manage’s residential property management portfolio, which currently includes properties across the Liverpool City Region and London. CPM’s experience and established management systems will add further knowledge and capability to The Momentum Group’s existing operations, while supporting the ongoing development of its services and processes.
