New homes planned for Liverpool 8

Plans for a new development on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre have been submitted to the council.

Located just outside the Baltic Triangle behind the Cains Brewery site, the project would include the construction of a number of homes across three mid-rise buildings up to 14 storeys high.

The mixed-use scheme would require the closure of Mann Street and the demolition of all existing buildings on the land bordered by Grafton Street, Hill Street and Brassey Street.

Plans also include a commercial aspect on the ground floor alongside parking, associated access, car parking provisions, private amenity space and landscaping work.
