North Point apartments on Pall Mall now on sale

Homes in a £90 million development on Pall Mall have gone on sale, two years before they are due to be completed.

The North Point scheme was granted planning permission in February this year and apartments are already attracting interest despite the two-year waiting time before they are built.

Dan Pennington, director at Century 21, says: “We’ve had four or five enquiries for the apartments. People are attracted by the roof top gardens, restaurant, café and terrace in the development.”

The luxury development will feature an 18-storey tower, an 11-storey tower and redeveloped warehouses at the site. In total it will offer 366 apartments, a restaurant, spa, gym, paddle court (a smaller-size tennis court) multi-storey car park and shops at the site on the edge of Liverpool city centre.

The apartments are priced from £84,000 with a penthouse apartment costing closer to £375,000. A range of studio, one, two, three, duplex and penthouse apartments are on sale for the scheme to owners, who will be offered a concierge service.

A proposed helicopter pad for the development was dropped before planning was granted.

A contractor, PHD1 Construction, has been named to build the development and a completion date of 2017 has been set. Once complete, the complex will be one of the first developments in what owner Pinnacle has described as the ‘Pumpfields’ district, which stretches out from the North of Liverpool city centre towards the Stanley Dock hotel and apartment development.
