A new residential development could see more than 150 flats created across a block of listed buildings on Liverpool’s historic Duke Street.

Plans have been submitted for the partial demolition and erection of a four to eight-storey building at the site opposite the New Star Chinese restaurant.

In total , the project could feature 158 apartments alongside a ground floor communal area with associated parking and landscaping.
