New arts and music festival gets underway, LFC legends take on Milan masters at Anfield & more

Music, theatre, dance and more at Angel Field Festival
Organised by Liverpool Hope University, Angel Field Festival is a new international, combined arts event taking place in Everton from 22-30 March.
Highlights from this weekend’s music, theatre, dance, film, visual art and storytelling showcase include Europe’s largest Chinese youth orchestra and a special screening of Swiss-French stop motion comedy-drama ‘My Life as a Courgette’.
Legends descend on Anfield for charity match
Footballing greats from years gone by will strut their stuff once more this Saturday (23 March) as LFC Legends take on Milan Glorie at Anfield Stadium.
A host of heroes are set to line up for the charity clash including Cafu, Jamie Carragher, Robbie Fowler, Steven Gerrard, Kaka, Dirk Kuyt and Paolo Maldini.
Tickets are only available from the ticket office at the ground.
Expect the unexpected at Baltic event
Leftfield creative collective Northern Port (NP) has chosen the Baltic Triangle as the venue for its first ever event.
‘Interlinked’ takes place at Hinterlands tonight (22 March) with punters being told to expect a pop-up shop selling NP garments and goods followed by an immersive experience with projection and music.
