Xenia Students has announced the reopening of one of Rodney Street’s most well-known buildings – St Andrew’s Church – now transformed into brand-new student accommodation.
The Georgian Quarter landmark, built during the 19th Century, has undergone a full restoration, blending original architectural features with updated interiors tailored for student living.
Xenia has retained St Andrew’s Church historic presence, but the interior has been completely modernised for student use. It now features private en suite rooms, dedicated study areas, communal kitchens, and social spaces, along with amenities such as a cinema room, Wi-Fi, laundry, and round-the-clock security and support.
Located within walking distance of the University of Liverpool and Liverpool John Moores University, the accommodation offers weekly rates starting at ยฃ130, including bills.
Dannielle Britt, head of lettings at Xenia Students, says: โSt Andrew’s Church is unlike anything else on the market – it’s an exclusive, community-driven residence with real character.”
Xenia is inviting students to come and explore St Andrew’s Church during its Open Day on 18 July between 12pm and 2pm.
