A show home has gone on display at a new development in Old Swan, giving potential buyers a first look at the properties.

The unveiled house by Woodoak Developments is one of 10 four-bedroom, three-storey townhouses set to be located off Green Lane once construction is complete.

With the sales process now underway Countrywide Land & New Homes, which is marketing the properties through its Entwistle Green Old Swan branch, is expecting high interest from house hunters looking to view the show home after it already received storing demand prior to the launch.

Tim Kay, Countrywide business development manager, says: “The show home has now opened and we are happy to be working with Woodoak in selling this development.

“The homes are being created to a high standard and are located close to amenities and good transport routes into the city centre. We are expecting the high demand to continue now that the show home has opened and are now really looking forward to showing people around.”

The homes will include a rear garden and off-road parking for buyers, as well as integrated appliances and fully carpeted interiors. The homes are being sold through the Entwistle Green Old Swan branch.
