Thai restaurant chain, Busaba Eathai is the latest in a line of new eateries planning to open up in Liverpool ONE.
Described as a ‘modern Thai eatery’, the brand has secured Unit 2 of the former Stocktons Furniture store at 53-55 Hanover Street and has announced it will open during early 2016.
With recruitment now underway to find kitchen and waiting staff for the new venue, the Liverpool restaurant will be one of two new North West branches being set up.
Having been launched in Soho in 1999, Busaba Eathai has a number of venues in the London area but will also be venturing into Manchester alongside its Liverpool arrival.
The news comes as Red’s True Barbecue and Mexican eatery Wahaca also prepare to open in the same Liverpool ONE building within the coming months alongside Roxy Ball Room, which will be bringing its mix of gaming, cocktails, beer and bar snacks to an upper space at the site.
Meanwhile Caribbean chain, Turtle Bay will be opening in the former BBC shop within an adjacent building along Hanover Street.
