Leading figures from across the Liverpool City Region’s property and business sectors came together to celebrate a year of success on Thursday (28 November) as the prestigious YM Liverpool Property & Business Awards returned.
Achievements were recognised during a lavish ceremony hosted by Liverpool-born star of stage and screen Claire Sweeney at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre.
Accolades were presented in more than 20 categories ranging from Property Developer of the Year and Business Leader of the Year to Property Agency of the Year and LCR Business of the Year.
The glamorous black-tie event, supported by sponsors BreezeMove, Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, Redwing, Bright Sky Contracting, Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors, Liverpool Student Lettings, Sandway Homes and The Momentum Group, featured a special Q&A with renowned UK property pioneer Hugh Frost of the Beetham Organization.
Hugh told the audience about his plans to bring forward a major mixed-use development in partnership with T.J. Morris at King Edward Triangle, and also reflected on his 30-plus-year career in the property industry.
More than 350 guests enjoyed a pre-dinner drinks reception before Hugh’s chat with YM Liverpool editor Lawrence Saunders and a luxury three-course meal.
A special charity raffle also took place in aid of the Communities Foundation for Lancashire and Merseyside (CFLM).
Partners from CFLM were able to be in attendence thanks to generous support from Romal Capital, Rosmara Development Group and The Dental Cafe.
