Liverpool-based Andrew Louis is bringing a ‘significant’ number of properties to the market for investors, having been appointed to work on prominent new build schemes in the city.

The agent is working with Knight Knox to market apartments in X1’s Liverpool One properties for graduates and students, and also the developer’s Terrace at The Quarter range of apartments.

According to managing director Louis Anastasiou, the opportunities at the sites are an example of the good value propositions that are currently attracting some investors to move from the capital to the Liverpool.

He says: “The Liverpool market is on the move and there are so many developments. We’re finding a lot of people that would have invested in the London market are coming to the North West now and we should embrace new investors coming to the city.”

Louis adds that demand for Liverpool One and Terrace properties, which guarantee three years’ rent for investors at a 6.7% NET yield, has been “strong” so far, with the Terrace recently attracting six reservations in one week.
