Two new show homes have been unveiled at Jones Homes’ Eccleston Grange development in St Helens.

The new ‘Langley’ and ‘Latchford’ styles which, across both designs, aim to incorporate features for a “broad spectrum of buyer”, have been launched following the developer’s redesign of its detached properties.

Jones Homes considered feedback from customers before briefing architects to create its new range of houses and specifications for 2015. The Langley show home design showcases a three-bedroom semi-detached property, while Latchford displays a five-bedroom detached family house with a double garage at the development, where two, three, four and five-bedroom properties are currently available.

Denise Caldwell, sales and marketing director at Jones Homes, says: “The new showhomes at Eccleston Grange are simply stunning.  The interior designer has done an excellent job and we are thrilled with the results.”

Homes at the site, which is close to M6 and M62 motorway links, are available through the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.
