Andrew’s Estates is exploring the possibility of opening a Liverpool branch following its continued growth having recently opened its fifth office in five years.

The independent agency, from Cheshire and Wirral, specialises in residential sales and lettings and has seen rapid growth across the area with their latest branch due to open in January.

Established in 2010, Andrew’s Estates recently won a Gold Award at the Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2015, and founder Andrew Smith intends to continue its expansion.

Andrew says: “Since the brand began in 2010 with the launch of the Neston office we have seen rapid growth across the Wirral area.

“We now have 5 branches across the region and I don’t plan to stop there with us looking also now at the possibility of a Liverpool branch. All this would not have been possible without my fantastic staff that makes our business.”
