Be At One cocktail bar set to open in Liverpool

London cocktail bar operator Be At One is lining up a Liverpool offering.

Founded in London’s Battersea Rise 18 years ago the chain has grown into a ‘cocktail institution’ with plans now in place to turn 11-13 Seel Street into its latest destination.

Steve Locke, co-founder, says: “We are very focused on providing a world class guest experience, which we deliver through our bartenders, in-house training and an extensive range of cocktails.”

With 150 cocktails on the menu Steve and fellow directors Rhys Oldfield and Leigh Miller say the focus is on the cocktail offering so the bar does not provide food, beer on draught or sport.

Steve adds: “Be At One is a cocktail institution, providing great service and unbeatable party atmosphere, and most importantly with a pretentious free attitude.

“Our bartenders really shape the experience so we want people who understand the lay of the land and the nuance of each site. I think some brands make the mistake of coming along with a cookie cutter approach where as we want staff that understand the market and the people who drink there.”

The latest offering will join sites in Leeds and Sheffield, with plans also in place for Manchester and Birmingham locations.
