A trio of industry experts has been added to the line-up of exhibitors at this year’s Landlord & Property Show.
Estates and lettings agent Andrew Louis will not only be on hand throughout the 24 October exhibition to offer a “one stop shop” of help and advice for landlords, but will also be hosting an ‘investing in Liverpool property’ seminar on the day.
The firm’s managing director, Louis Anastasiou, says the city’s potential investors need to be “advised wisely” one everything from choosing the right locations to seeing transactions through to completion as the market in the area continues to move.
The agent will also be offering help to older investors during the BT Convention Centre exhibition, following the recent change in pensions allowing retirees to have more access to their funds, and is planning to be accompanied by a mortgage and financial advisor at the stand.
Meanwhile Andrews Estates will make its inaugural appearance and Karl Tatler Estates and Lettings will make a return Mersesyide’s only specialist landlord show, which is being sponsored by Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors.
Andrew Smith, director of Andrews Estates, says: “It’s our first time at the show and we’re looking forward to promoting our business and hooking up with local landlords. We’re also going to be offering advice on the new licensing scheme for landlords.”
Ahead of the event Dave Seed, head of lettings at exhibitor Karl Tatler, adds: “We are now consistent exhibitors at the event each year and have found it to be an excellent way of connecting with our clients. The seminars are also brilliant, giving the landlords a great mix of useful tips and information to effectively manage their properties. We now really look forward to the show each year”
