Sleeping Beauty
7-23 April – The Epstein Theatre
Who says pantomimes are only for Christmas? Certainly not The Epstein Theatre. In collaboration with LHK Productions, this April will see The Epstein host the enchanting tale of ‘Sleeping Beauty’ as its Easter pantomime. With a star-studded cast, including former 911 frontman Lee Brennan and Liverpool favourite Tina Malone, this is sure to be a favourite for all the family.
Tickets £18.50 adults, £16.50 concessions.
The Very Hungry Caterpillar
14-15 April – Floral Pavilion
Eric Carle’s classic tale of the greedy caterpillar who ate too much is being brought to life in this critically acclaimed production. And it’s not just the caterpillar who’ll be taking to the stage – the show will also feature adaptations of other Carle classics including ‘Mister Seahorse’ and ‘The Very Lonely Firefly’.

Egyptian Animal Mummies
15-16 April – World Museum
Let your little ones indulge in some messy fun at the World Museum. The free event is perfect for crafty types, giving them the chance to make an owl or a cat mummy! They can take home their creations too.

Palm House Family Fun Day
23 April – Sefton Park Palm House
What better way to celebrate St George’s Day than in the stunning surroundings of Sefton Park’s Palm House. This family fun day will delight old and young with music, entertainment and plenty of surprises. What’s more it’s free to attend.
My First Ballet, Cinderella
5-6 May – Liverpool Empire
You’re never too young to discover the magic of ballet and what better way to experience it than via a classic children’s story? This collaboration between English National Ballet and English National Ballet School sees the story of Cinderella told through the beauty of ballet and features a narrator to help young audience members follow the story.
