A show apartment will be unveiled at Knowsley Housing Trust’s (KHT) Bluebell Park development on 3 May, when a launch event takes place.

The two-bed apartment will be one of 21 properties available through the trust’s older persons shared ownership scheme at the block, which is set to be built in September.

According to Clare Wilson, home ownership manager at Knowsley Housing Trust, residents moving into the brand new Huyton properties will be “buying into a community”. Along with their home they’ll also have access to facilities such as a restaurant, hairdressers and activities in an extra care block, which is set to offer a further 101 rental properties when it its launched at a later date.

Through the older persons shared ownership scheme, properties will be available to buyers aged 55 or over who can purchase shares ranging from 25-75%.

The launch event will take place at the show home at the Alamein Road development in Huyton. Potential buyers can attend between 10am and 3pm on the day, and then viewings will continue to take place by appointment.
