Moose Coffee is set to open a new 70-seater restaurant at Plaza 1821 – Redwing’s £21 million residential development located at Princes Dock.

Open to both the public and residents, the new unit will be fitted out in Moose Coffee’s signature style, offering a range of American and Canadian inspired breakfast dishes throughout the day.

The 1700ft²  space complements the chain’s existing locations in Crosby and Liverpool city centre, as well as in Leeds and Manchester.

The deal will also see new training programmes developed between Moose Coffee and The Learning Foundry, a subsidiary of The Regenda Group, offering education and employment opportunities to local young people.

Work to fit out the new space will begin imminently.
