MyCookieDough, a food store that specialises in freshly baked cookie dough, is to open a flagship store in Liverpool ONE next week.

The brand, which serves its soft baked cookie dough with ice cream and a variety of toppings, will launch at the shopping complex on Friday 25 October.

Menu highlights include the Red Velvet and the Oreo cookie dough, as well as Instagram-famous flavours such as Banoffee Pie and the Sl***y Brownie.

Diners can expect a constantly changing menu and new products throughout the year, including special editions for Easter and Christmas.

The opening of MyCookieDough at Liverpool ONE will be the brands 12th UK store, adding to a portfolio of stores at locations in London, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff and Birmingham.

Angie Gewargis, co-founder of the company (playfully known as the Dough Queen), says: “Liverpool has a special place in our hearts, and we are over the moon to be opening our first store in the city.

“We have been receiving a lot of love from the people of Liverpool, and we can’t wait to share our cookie dough with everyone. We haven’t been this excited to open a store for a very long time!”

MyCookieDough is the brainchild of Angie and Ricki Ghali. The pair saw a gap in the market for freshly baked cookie dough shops.

They were keen for their customers to enjoy cookie dough that is half-baked and so gives a crisp outer crust, with gooey texture through the middle. Paired with vanilla ice cream, the range of desserts are served fresh out of the oven.
