MOBO award winning boyband MiC Lowry and Portugese producer and DJ Rui Da Silva have been added to the packed Saturday line-up for Liverpool Loves.
The new three-day event for 2015 is already underway at the city’s Pier Head, and Saturday 8 August will see it come to a fun-filled end with its ‘festival day’.
Performing during the waterfront festivities, the newly announced musical acts will feature among a varied range of attractions throughout the day celebrating the cultural highlights of the city.
From 11am until 11pm, a free entertainment programme will cover music, the arts, food, drink, health and well-being.
The city’s fascinating world culture will also be evident with traditional dance, music and art from the communities represented, including the Chinese dragon dancers; Indian Bollywood demonstrations; Liverpool Arabic Arts Festival; and a Brazilian samba drum ensembles.
