A brand new Bootle housing development is set to be launched by Bellway Homes in the coming months.

Stirling Chase, featuring 96 three and four-bedroom properties, will be built on a 7.22-acre site on Park Lane, formerly owned by Crown Packaging.

Demolition work is already underway on the site and Bellway plans to open a sales office in April, followed by two show homes in the summer.

A range of different homes will be available, including detached and semi-detached, with features including kitchen diners with French doors opening onto gardens, and master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.

Bellway Homes is already anticipating strong interest for the scheme, which is situated around half a mile from Aintree Racecourse, and sales manager Nicola Mountain says: “There is a real need for quality new build homes in Bootle and Stirling Chase will meet this demand with a range of well planned, low maintenance family properties close to local schools, recreational areas and other amenities.  We are already receiving early enquiries from interested buyers which is very encouraging.”
