“Over the next few months, we will be launching house building programmes together with our partners in in the Midlands and the South, which will contribute towards our target of delivering 10,000 new rental homes over the next four years or so.”
During the first half of the year, Sigma will begin construction with its second house building partner, Keepmoat, which will add additional capacity alongside long term partner, Countryside Properties, with the partnership allowing for greater access to further land opportunities.
The Sigma board expects to announce full year results in mid-April when a further update on trading will be provided.
