Liverpool agent Sutton Kersh is expanding its team as it looks to build on a successful 2014.

Having worked with local and national developers including Scott Homes and Ecam Properties to bring a redevelopment scheme and new build houses and apartments to the market, the estate and lettings specialist has just appointed new staff members acrross a number of departments and is continuing to recruit.

Marketing manager Helen Goodwin recently joined the team, alongside additions to the residential sales, professional services and auctions departments. The firm is also looking to appoint an experienced property manager to look after its growing block management portfolio.

Commenting on the company’s continuing success, director James Kersh says: “Sutton Kersh is going from strength to strength every year with each department and branch growing in staff members and gaining more market share.”

The new year is already said to be looking bright for Sutton Kersh, as the redevelopment of Belvidere Church on Devonshire Road in L8 has proven successful for the city centre branch which is marketing it, and is already attracting potential buyers ahead of its completion in the coming months.

With the scheme incorporating three-storey townhouses, a vicarage and a selection of apartments, Sutton Kersh’s city centre branch manager, James Howarth, says: “Having already sold the vicarage and a number of the town houses, we are receiving a number of enquiries from potential purchasers expressing their interest in viewing the apartments upon their completion in early 2015.”
