Premier Guarantee has announced Boyd Hackett and Suzanne Thurlow as its new commercial director and operations director respectively.

The appointments complete the new executive team at the Wirral-based new homes warranty and building control provider. The pair will work closely with managing director David Swigciski, who joined the company in March last year from DAS UK Group.

David says: “We are delighted to welcome Boyd and Suzanne to the team. They bring with them impressive track records and deep understandings of both the construction and insurance sectors.

Boyd, who previously served as head of underwriting at the NHBC, will lead the company’s commercial strategy, focussed on delivering market-leading solutions to customers and sustaining long-term partnerships with insurers.

He adds: “I am thrilled to be joining Premier Guarantee in what is a really exciting time for the company. From day one, I was impressed with the commitment to providing high quality collaborative solutions to home builders.

Suzanne arrives from Munich Re, Premier Guarantee’s parent company, where she served as head of change. She will lead multiple teams including customer service, claims, compliance, data & analytics as well as facilities.

Suzanne adds: “Premier Guarantee’s offering to customers stretches across the entire lifespan of a project. It is this dedication to addressing the needs of homebuilders that makes Premier Guarantee such an attractive proposition; both personally and commercially.
