Bovis Homes is anticipating a “race” to buy the final homes at its popular Carlett Glade development, as just eight properties remain available.

The scheme in Eastham, on the Wirral peninsula, first opened its doors last year and, following the launch of its final phase, has brought a total of 55 new homes to the market.

With the three to five-bedroom houses already having proven popular amongst buyers so far, Bovis Homes’ northern marketing manager Carina Wilde says: “Carlett Glade will soon be complete and we’re expecting a race to buy our last remaining homes there.

“It’s a lovely spot with some stunning views and somewhere we have been proud to build our new homes.”

Situated among woodland with a golf course close by, the properties also benefit from features including full integrated kitchens with appliances, built-in wardrobes and en suites.

A five-bedroom show home is currently on display at the development and prices range from £211,995 for a three-bed to £384,995 for a five-bed.
