Nine luxury barn conversions will be brought to the market this month, when the homes are unveiled during an exclusive launch.

A show home at Home Farm Barns will go on display at the Saturday 25 October event, when visitors will have the chance to explore the property with Champagne and canapés.

Developer Heritage Projects Ltd has instructed Countrywide to market the homes, which are set within a Wirral-based gated development on Chapel House Lane in Puddington.

Three of the homes on the site, which is said to be in an “ideal location” for connections to Chester and Liverpool as well as North Wales, come with large sub plots with stables and double detached garages, and all homes are set up with a biomass energy system and finished to a high standard.
