Just one property remains available at Riverside Home Ownership’s Belle Vale development, following an “overwhelming” response to the scheme.

Joseph Williams Mews isn’t due to be completed until March, however the over 55s development has already attracted reservations for 13 of its 14 new homes.

The social housing provider’s scheme features 12 two-bedroom departments and two two-bedroom bungalows, with an aim to provide independent living which is adaptable to the changing needs of older residents.

With just one two-bedroom apartment left at the site Catherine Corkish, sales and new business negotiator for Riverside Home Ownership, says: “The response for the scheme has been overwhelming. Thirteen properties have been reserved already and the development hasn’t even been finished yet.”

Modern fitted kitchens and walk-in showers are among the features of the Joseph Williams Mews properties, which also benefit from a communal area including a community cafe, shared gardens and parking.
