Property management company BlockEra has announced the acquisition of two residential blocks in Liverpool, further expanding its footprint in the city.
The newly acquired properties, The Roscoe on Roscoe Street and Baltic 56 on Norfolk Street, offer modern living in some of Liverpool’s most desirable locations. The acquisitions strengthen BlockEra’s portfolio, which already includes a wide range of residential units across the city.
The Roscoe consists of 82 units, offering a mix of one and two-bedroom duplex apartments and easy access to the city’s bustling commercial, retail, and cultural hubs. Meanwhile, Baltic 56 provides 126 studio flats in the Baltic Triangle district, an area known for its vibrant cultural scene and growing popularity among young professionals and students.
BlockEra now manages nearly 5,000 units nationwide, a mix of apartments, homes and student accommodation.
Ross Spencer, managing director of BlockEra, says: “We’re thrilled to add these two exceptional properties to our growing portfolio in Liverpool. The Roscoe and Baltic 56 represent fantastic opportunities to meet the increasing demand for high-quality rental homes in prime locations across the city.
“These acquisitions are part of our ongoing expansion strategy, and we’re excited about the long-term potential both properties hold.
“Our focus remains on providing excellent service to residents while working closely with investors to ensure the continued success of our properties. Liverpool continues to be a city full of opportunity, and these new buildings align perfectly with our mission to deliver top-tier management and contribute to the regeneration of key urban areas.”
