As Threshold V kick off across the Baltic Triangle area, the organisers have released details for people who want to attend the music and fringe events over the weekend of 27 to 29 March.

Tickets to Threshold

Wristband Collection

You’ll be able to collect your wristbands from the Box Office situated on Jamaica Street on over the road from Unit 51 Coffee Friday at 5pm. It’s a big metal thing.

Buying On The Day

Subject to capacity, there will be day and weekend tickets available to purchase at the event, but we seriously recommend buying in advance as this is going to be very busy (Online Tickets Close at 4pm on the 27th March).

Friday Day: £12

Saturday Day: £15

There will be card payments available but It’s advisable to bring all the cash you need anyway as there are no cash machines within a 10 minute walk. Some venues in the area do cash back.

 

Getting to Threshold 2015

The main festival site takes place in venues around Jamaica Street in the Baltic Triangle of Liverpool. The site is just outside the city centre and easily accessible from major routes and the tunnels.

 

Walk

The site is a short walk from the city centre and very easy to find. If you’re in Liverpool One shopping centre, just head South on Park Lane.

Train

The nearest mainline train station is Lime Street and the nearest local stations are James Street & Central Station. Click on each station for walking routes from each station.

Bus

The 82 Bus Runs Regularly along St James Street, close to the festival.

Parking

There’s a couple of mega cheap car parks in the area, just look for the signs.

 

 

While You’re There

When you are on the street between venues you are responsible for your own safety. Always keep your belongings close to you and bags fully zipped up. There will be on site security and festival staff around at all times, but just keep your wits about you and you’ll be fine.

There will be fully functioning public roads to cross, so please always use crossings when available and remember to be safe.

Even though it’s a festival, it is a multi-venue event with no street alcohol license. You are not permitted to take alcohol out of a venue.

There will be a free festival guide with a very handy map available from the box office, this also makes for a lovely souvenir and potentially a hat. We’ll leave that up to you.
