The new Vincent restaurant and cocktail bar in Liverpool moved a step closer as an application was submitted to refurbish vacant space at Exchange Flags.
Paul Adams, owner of the Vincent Hotel in Southport, plans to open the 6,000 sq ft restaurant and bar in May if the application is successful. The restaurant will replace former Japanese eatery Sakura at Walker House.
The new Vincent restaurant will keep the seating area and canopy at Exchange Flags, which sits alongside a similar outdoor area for Brazilian restaurant Fazenda. However, it will be revamped with Vincent branding for the new launch.
The new owner plans to install new plants and lights to the outdoor area and fit two menu boards near to the entrance, as well as new Vincent signs on Chapel Street.
The restaurant, which will seat 190 people, is based on the successful café in Southport’s Vincent Hotel. It will offer breakfast, lunch and evening food as well as a cocktail selection.
