City Residential has been appointed to let and manage a new 50-bedroom student development on the corner of Paul Street and Vauxhall Road.

The agent will manage student rooms across nine individual properties at the Young Student Village site and will market the them in preparation for the development’s opening in late spring 2015.

The student homes comprise a range of four, five and six-bedroom apartments and six-bedroom townhouses and a show home will open early in 2015 to showcase a typical interior of a student room.
