New World Trading Company has revealed the new two-storey bar and restaurant in Chavasse Park, which will be called The Club House.
The company, which also owns Smuggler’s Cove in Albert Dock and The Oast House in Manchester among others, will open the restaurant later this year on the site behind Debenhams in Liverpool ONE.
The Club House will be able to seat 110 diners, as well as 78 guests on the first floor balcony, and there are plans to host live music, a range of beers and ciders from around the world and an outdoor grill area at the site.
The vacant site on Chavasse Park has previously hosted pop-up beach bars and winter festival attractions but will now host the permanent fixture. The Club House is inspired by Hamptons-style homes in the USA and has already been granted planning permission.
New World Trading Company is owned by Living Ventures, which also owns Gusto at Albert Dock and the Botanist and Alchemist brands, which have sites in Manchester.
Work on the site is expected to begin next month and Liverpool ONE says the restaurant will be ready to open its doors before the end of 2015.
