A new independent restaurant and tea bar is set to open in Liverpool city centre this summer.
The latest addition to Liverpool’s food and drink scene will be called Jam and is set to specialise in free-from brunch and dinner dishes, and will also serve home-made cakes and desserts, with plenty of gluten-free options.
A range of fruit and vegetable power smoothies and juices will add to the healthy offering, alongside over 25 different flavoured loose leaf teas.
Located on the ground floor of 7-11 Sir Thomas Street, the local team behind the venture hope to bring ‘casual fine dining in a very modern relaxed environment’ to the city.
Jam will welcome diners from 7am weekdays and 8am weekends, opening until late throughout the week.
The team hope to have the restaurant up and running by the end of June, but this is subject to change.
